3 pages, no illustrations. In the early days of Buick's history, Buick utilized Distirbutors to act as "the factory" to the dealers representing the Buick line in their territories. This agreement is dated January 24, 1912 and was signed between one of Buick's first Distributors, The Leyman-Buick Company in Cincinnati, Ohio and the John Kohl Carriage & Auto Company in Mason, Ohio. The Kohl Carriage & Auto Company was projected to sell a total of 15 cars in 1912! A very interesting Buick historical document that gives excellent insight into the company's early business.
